Dean is a Denver-based musician and audio engineer from Philadelphia, PA. While playing clarinet and saxophone throughout his childhood and university experience, he uncovered a deep interest in audio technology, recording, and mixing.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Minor in Audio & Music Engineering from the University of Rochester in 2020, Dean set up shop in Denver in early 2021. He has since worked as a Location Sound Mixer on a multitude of independent short films as well as seven feature productions around Colorado, and has had the opportunity to work with high-profile corporate clients and talent of every level.

Boosted by a brief stint at Starz Television Network in 2023, Dean has also been honing his skills in Audio Post Production for film, including Dialogue Editing, Sound Design, Foley, and Re-recording Mixing.

Dean is always seeking to collaborate with other creatives, and has a passion for capturing high-quality recordings, creating captivating soundscapes, and making sound an unforgettable piece of the film-making experience.
